Oaxaca is nestled in the highlands of Mexico,

Mid-summer is springtime in this high valley, and July has the best weather of the year.
Afternoon highs are in low-80’s and evening lows,
in the mid-60’s, with occasional, afternoon showers.
Flowers bloom, green foliage explodes,
and the highlands come alive.
The evening air clears into brilliant sunsets behind
the lush, moist, mountains.
