Tour Information

DATES: These dates for these tours are numberous.     email me with your travel dates.

Specializing in Small sized groups of 10 or so.  Minimum of 3 guests required for tour. 

TOUR RESERVATIONS are accepted until tour departure.

CLIMATE:  Enjoy a moderate climate in the mountains, with comfortable, afternoon highs, and cool, nightime lows, or hats during day, light jackets at nights.

Your Tour includes 9 days and 8 nights in an historical, downtown, hacienda / hotel

ROOMS are double occupancy with 2 single beds or 1 king size.  One Single occupancy is available.

Your Mexican Home has been recently renovated with brighter guest rooms and larger, bright dining area. 

ITINERARY includes an abundant, gourmet breakfast every morning, delicious, lunch every day,             and evening dinners. 

TRANSPORTATION is furnished to all surrounding villages and to the different studios to meet the             artists.  La Casa, our home in Oaxaca, is about a ten minute walk from main Plaza, El Zocalo.                Museums and Oaxaca City Markets are also near.  Afternoons are open with optional, Gallery Walks around Oaxaca City.   Afternoon naps, on demand.

TRAVELERS should arrange for and pay for their own air transportation to and from Oaxaca.

COST is $1850 per person and includes 9 days and 8 nights at La Casa, with a unique breakfast every day.  Transportation is provided to different artist's villages with tour of their studios. Relax with free time after lunch to explore Oaxaca on your own. 

HAPPY HOUR toasts margaritas, wine, beer or sodas.

Cooking Class with famous Oaxacan chef and celebrity, Susanna Trilling, included.

Festival of Dance includes performances from all over Oaxaca.

SINGLE Guests are $175 additional fees.  

RESERVATION for the tour has started and there is no charge for holding your space for 7 days. After a week, $300 deposit, per person, non-refundable, is requested.  You may use PayPal, Personal Checks or you can call me with your credit card number!

FINAL PAYMENT ($1550) is refundable until November 20, 2006, or about 5 weeks before departure. 
(That's when payment is requested from me!)
Reservations after that date must be paid in full upon reservation.

All major cards accepted.   Final FEE refunds ($1550) available until November 20, 2006! No refunds after that!

Travel INSURANCE is very important. You will need luggage, trip cancellation, medical insurance.
